Utopia Website Project

Monday, November 30th- Today we will being our utopia website. Here are the basic directions for getting started on your google docs site.

1. Login to the wps google docs site: https://sites.google.com/a/wps39.org/sites/
2. Click on my sites (top right corner)
3. One person from your group needs to create a new site.
4. Name your site your Utopia Society Name
5. Choose a theme (this can be changed later)
6. Tag your site: utopia, reading, torrengaperiod#
7. In your site description add your name and your partners name
8. Check only people I invite may edit this site
9. Press Create
10. Go to More actions- share site (top Right)
11. Click on the sharing tab on the side- invite your partner and your teacher to edit
12. Check the box that says anyone at wps may view your site
13. Begin your site- create pages, add information and images

You will have to login to google docs using your lastnamefirstname and login password.

Requirements for the Extra Credit Book Talk

*Make a PowerPoint slide/Keynote slide/hard copy poster about the book you are presenting containing the following information:

     -Title/Author of Book

     -Short summary of the plot (without giving away the ending!)

     -Warnings of any "questionable" material

     -Rating (out of 5)

     -Genre

     -Picture of the Book Cover
